Shipping & Delivery

How is my order shipped?

Sunday Club orders ship via USPS, using a mix of tracked and untracked services depending on the product.

  • Subscription orders ship via USPS First Class Mail (no tracking)
  • One-off orders, bundles, and shop items ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (tracked)

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class Mail: typically 2–5 business days after shipping, but occasionally longer depending on routing and local delivery
  • Tracked USPS services: typically 2–5 business days after shipping, but includes updated tracking status and delivery confirmation

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the ship date. For tracked orders, tracking details will also be included.

When does my order ship?

Sunday Club fulfills shop orders and subscription issues a little differently, to make sure everything arrives smoothly and as intended.

One-Off & Shop Orders
If you purchase a single issue, a past issue, or a gift from our shop, your order typically ships within 2–3 business days.

Monthly Subscription Orders
Subscription orders do not ship immediately after purchase — they ship with the next scheduled monthly issue.

Subscription issues ship in waves as part of a coordinated monthly mailing. At the beginning of each month, we announce the new issue and begin fulfillment for all subscribers at the same time.

Either way, once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the ship date.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery timing depends on the type of order you placed.

Non-subscription Orders:

  • Most non-subscription orders (single issues, past issues, gifts, and shop items) ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
    Once shipped, they typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

Subscription Orders (Season Pass & Annual Pass):

Your first subscription shipment is sent when the first issue of the season ships.

If you subscribe after a season has already begun, your first delivery will include any catch-up issues from that season — meaning any issues that were already released within that season before you joined.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription shipment is on the way.

Can I update my shipping address?

You can log into your account to adjust your shipping details.

If you’re moving or sending a gift mid-year, just send us a message with your new address and we’ll update the remaining subscription issues for you.

Gift recipients do not need an account — we handle the address change on our end.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

First, check the date your order shipped (you’ll find it in your confirmation email).

You can also visit the Sunday Club Bulletin, which shares current shipping updates and general delivery timing for the most recent issue. It’s a helpful place to see whether shipments are still in progress or if there are any known USPS delays.

If your order includes premium tracked shipping (all one-time purchases, bundles, and gifts):

  • You can follow its journey through the USPS tracking link. Delivery times can vary based on routing and holiday volume, but tracking will always show the most up-to-date information.
    If something looks stalled or unusual, feel free to reach out — we’re here to help.

If your order does not include tracking (standard subscription issues): Most Sunday Club issues arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping via USPS First Class Mail.

  • If it’s been less than 10 business days, your order is likely still making its way through the USPS network — hang tight, it should be in your mailbox soon.
  • If it’s been 10 full business days, our Sunday Club Delivery Guarantee kicks in, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
  • No matter what, if something feels off or you’re unsure, reach out anytime — we’re always happy to help.
What is the Sunday Club Delivery Guarantee?

We want every Sunday Club issue you order to arrive safe and sound. If your subscription order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days from the date it shipped, we’ll send you a replacement—free of charge. No hoops, no hassle.

Just reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, Sunday Club subscriptions are only available within the U.S. while we set up our fulfillment program in Canada and the UK.

However, we do ship certain bundles internationally—shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you’re outside the U.S. and spot an issue you’d like, we’d be happy to send it your way.

Subscriptions & Billing

What is a “Season Pass” and "Annual Pass"? 

Sunday Club releases issues all year long, organized into four themed seasons.

Each season spans three months and includes three consecutive issues (one per month).

Season Pass
A Season Pass gives you access to one full season of Sunday Club.

You’ll receive:

  • Three back-to-back issues, delivered monthly
  • Coverage for a single themed season

It’s a great option if you’re looking for a shorter commitment or prefer seasonal billing.

Annual Pass
An Annual Pass includes all Sunday Club issues released during the current calendar year (January–December).

If you join partway through a season or the year, your first delivery includes any previously released issues from that season or year, followed by new issues as they’re released.

If I subscribe now, will I get the earlier issues in the subscription?

Yes.

If you subscribe after a season or year has already begun, your first delivery will include any earlier issues that were already released as part of your subscription.

These are called catch-up issues — previously released issues that are included so you don’t miss anything.

  • Season Pass subscribers receive any issues already released in the current season, followed by new issues as they’re released.
  • Annual Pass subscribers receive any issues already released earlier in the current calendar year, followed by upcoming issues through December.

Your subscription always covers the full season or year — no gaps, no missed issues.

Which issue will my subscription start with?

If you join in the middle of a season or year, you’ll receive catch-up issues for any issues that released in that season or year.

After that, you’ll automatically receive each new issue as soon as it ships.

If you ever have questions about which issue you’ll receive first, just reach out — we’re always happy to help.

When does each Season start and end?

Sunday Club is released in four Seasons each year, with each Season made up of three monthly issues. Here’s how the calendar works:

  • Season 1: January, February, March
  • Season 2: April, May, June
  • Season 3: July, August, September
  • Season 4: October, November, December

If you subscribe during an active Season, you’ll receive all the issues from that Season — including any you may have missed — so your subscription stays complete.

If you ever have questions about which Season you’re entering, just reach out and we’ll happily confirm it.

How often will I receive new issues?

You'll receive a new issue every month.

Whenever a new issue is released, it ships straight to your mailbox so you can enjoy it fresh off the press.

What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium subscriptions?

Premium subscriptions include a Sunday Club Season Opener at the start of each season – a boxed, premium shipment with curated seasonal extras including a Sunday Club Pencil & Sticker Set, a beautifully printed All Games No News(Letter), tracked shipping and plenty of Sunday Club fun.

Is shipping included in the subscription price?

Yes — all subscriptions include free standard home delivery in the U.S.

Premium subscribers will also receive premium tracked shipping on their Season Opener – the first delivery of each season.

Can I buy past issues without subscribing?

Yes! While subscriptions are the best way to ensure you'll get every issue at the best price, we also offer past issues for individual purchase.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Season Pass (Quarterly Billing)
When you sign up for a Season Pass, you’re charged at checkout for the current season you are joining.

After that, your subscription renews at the start of each new season: in January, April, July, and October of each year.

Each renewal covers the upcoming season’s issues.

Annual Pass (Yearly Billing)
When you sign up for an Annual Pass, you’re charged at checkout for the full year. Your Annual Pass renews once per year and includes all issues released during the current calendar year.

For example:

If you subscribe to an Annual Pass on July 15, your first shipment will include all previously released issues from January–June. You’ll then receive the July issue once it ships, followed by August–December issues as they’re released.

Gift Passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.

You can cancel your Season Pass or Annual Pass at any time through your account (sundayclub.com/account).

  • Cancellations take effect at the next billing period
  • You’ll continue to receive any issues already paid for
  • Once canceled, your subscription will not renew automatically

Please note that Gift Passes do not auto-renew and do not need to be canceled.

If you need help or have questions about your subscription status, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Do you accept returns?

Because Sunday Club is a printed product, we’re not able to accept returns once an issue has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want every Sunday Club delivery to arrive in perfect condition. If your issue is damaged in transit, just send us a quick note (and a photo, if possible), and we’ll send a free replacement right away.

Every order is quality-checked before it leaves our hands, so if damage occurs, it likely happened during shipping—and we’ll make sure you still get a flawless copy.

What if I received the wrong order?

Our apologies! While we do a careful quality check before shipping, mix-ups can happen on rare occasions. If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, just let us know and we’ll send the correct order right away—at no cost to you.

Do you offer refunds?

If for some reason we’re unable to replace a missing, damaged, or incorrect order, we're happy to provide a refund. Because Sunday Club is a printed product, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases—but if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right through a replacement or refund if that is not possible.

Gifting & Special Orders

How do I send Sunday Club as a gift?

It’s easy! Just enter the recipient’s name and mailing address at checkout, and we’ll send each issue straight to their mailbox. You can even include a personal gift message—we’ll make sure it’s delivered with their first issue.

Tip: Sunday Club makes a perfect birthday, holiday, or “just because” surprise for puzzle lovers of all ages.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! When you place your order, you’ll have the option to include a personal gift message. We’ll print it and include it with the first issue so your recipient knows it’s from you.

Do you offer bulk orders for events or businesses?

Yes! Sunday Club makes a unique and memorable gift for corporate events, client thank-yous, weddings, and more. We offer bulk pricing and can work with you to create the perfect order for your needs.

Just contact us with your quantity and timeline, and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Every Sunday Club puzzle and game is created by our small but mighty team of puzzle makers, illustrators, and writers—plus a few talented guest contributors we love collaborating with. We design each one to be fresh, creative, and perfectly suited for a screen-free Sunday.
