How is my order shipped?

All standard Sunday Club orders are sent through USPS First Class Mail—just like a friendly letter from us to you. It’s a simple, reliable service that keeps costs low so we can focus on filling each issue with as much joy as possible. This method doesn’t include tracking, but most orders land right in your mailbox within 3–5 business days after shipping—safe, secure, and delivered by your trusted postal carrier.

Does my order include tracking?

Standard Sunday Club orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which does not include tracking. We chose this method because it’s reliable, affordable, and perfect for delivering your issue straight to your mailbox within 3–5 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order ships, most Sunday Club deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Your issue will be delivered right to your mailbox—safe, secure, and handled by your trusted postal carrier.

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your ship date, our Sunday Club Delivery Guarantee kicks in and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

What is the Sunday Club Delivery Guarantee?

We want every Sunday Club issue you order to arrive safe and sound. If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 10 business days from the date it shipped, we’ll send you a replacement—free of charge. No hoops, no hassle.

Just reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll make it right.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

First, check the date your order shipped (you’ll find it in your confirmation email). Most Sunday Club deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

If it’s been less than 10 business days, your issue is likely still making its way through the USPS network—hang tight, it should be in your mailbox soon.

If it’s been more than 10 business days, our Sunday Club Delivery Guarantee kicks in. Just contact us with your order details, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, Sunday Club subscriptions are only available within the U.S.

However, we do ship individual issues internationally—shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you’re outside the U.S. and spot an issue you’d like, we’d be happy to send it your way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! In addition to our standard USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days), you can now choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout. Priority Mail typically arrives in 1–3 business days and includes tracking.

2025 Subscription Bundle

Which issue will my subscription start with?

Standard Subscriptions begin with Issue 02 and include all upcoming issues for the subscription period. Only our Premium Subscription includes Issue 01 (the pilot issue) along with all future releases.

If I subscribe now, will I get the earlier issues in the bundle?

Yes! The 2025 Sunday Club Subscription is sold as a complete bundle. No matter when you join, you’ll receive all the issues released in the 2025 subscription period for your subscription type.

For example, if you subscribe in December 2025, you’ll still get all the issues that were released earlier in the year—starting from June—plus any remaining issues yet to come.

When does the 2025 Subscription Bundle start and end?

The 2025 Sunday Club Standard Subscription includes five issues, released from June through December 2025.

No matter when you join during the year, you’ll receive every issue from this period—starting with the June release—plus any still to come.

Our Premium Subscription also include Issue 01.

How often will I receive new issues?

For the 2025 Sunday Club Subscription, you'll receive issues in June, August, September, November, and December.

Whenever a new issue is released, it ships straight to your mailbox so you can enjoy it fresh off the press.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your subscription is billed in full at the time you place your order. For the 2025 Sunday Club Subscription, that single payment covers all five issues—including any that have already been released and any still to come.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Sunday Club makes a thoughtful, screen-free gift for puzzle lovers, friends, and family. Just enter the recipient’s name and mailing address at checkout, and we’ll send each issue straight to their mailbox.

P.S. Want to add a personal touch? You can include a handwritten note at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s delivered with the first issue.

Can I buy past issues without subscribing?

Yes! While subscriptions are the best way to ensure you'll get every issue, we also offer past issues (when available) for individual purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Because Sunday Club is a printed product, we’re not able to accept returns once an issue has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want every Sunday Club delivery to arrive in perfect condition. If your issue is damaged in transit, just send us a quick note (and a photo, if possible), and we’ll send a free replacement right away.

Every order is quality-checked before it leaves our hands, so if damage occurs, it likely happened during shipping—and we’ll make sure you still get a flawless copy.

What if I received the wrong order?

Our apologies! While we do a careful quality check before shipping, mix-ups can happen on rare occasions. If you receive the wrong item or an incorrect quantity, just let us know and we’ll send the correct order right away—at no cost to you.

Do you offer refunds?

We’re happy to offer a refund if we’re unable to replace a missing, damaged, or incorrect order. Because Sunday Club is a printed product, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases—but if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right through a replacement or refund.

Every Sunday Club puzzle and game is created by our small but mighty team of puzzle makers, illustrators, and writers—plus a few talented guest contributors we love collaborating with. We design each one to be fresh, creative, and perfectly suited for a screen-free Sunday.

How do I send Sunday Club as a gift?

It’s easy! Just enter the recipient’s name and mailing address at checkout, and we’ll send each issue straight to their mailbox. You can even include a personal gift message—we’ll make sure it’s delivered with their first issue.

Tip: Sunday Club makes a perfect birthday, holiday, or “just because” surprise for puzzle lovers of all ages.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes! When you place your order, you’ll have the option to include a personal gift message. We’ll print it and include it with the first issue so your recipient knows it’s from you.

Do you offer bulk orders for events or businesses?

Yes! Sunday Club makes a unique and memorable gift for corporate events, client thank-yous, weddings, and more. We offer bulk pricing and can work with you to create the perfect order for your needs.
